FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
GENERAL QUESTIONS
What do I need to start training?
For the course, you need Photoshop and a graphics tablet, or Procreate and an iPad. If you don't have one, you can see the recommendations here (link to the article about tablets).
How do I join the course as a student?
To join the course with a Standard package, fill out the registration form and make a payment to get immediate access to educational content. For the Premium package, send in an application form and our manager will contact you to tell you the next steps.
When do I get access?
Access to the Standard package will come in an e-mail sent out right after payment. Access to the Premium package will arrive in your inbox two days before the course start date.
How do the Standard package classes work?
For two months, you'll get lecture material once a week and access to Q&A sessions with the teacher biweekly. This training format is based on community feedback, so feel free to send in your artwork and discuss any issues with your peers in between those updates.
How do the Premium package classes work?
Classes are held twice a week in a group of up to 18 people. One lesson will use prerecorded lecture material and during the week you'll perform a practical task. The second lesson will be a live online meeting, where your teacher will analyze your assignments. Throughout the course, you'll have online support to help you with all your organizational and technical issues outside of class.
Which skills will I need to join the course?
The course doesn't require you to have any prior experience. The main thing is you should want to learn. If you already know how to draw on paper or on a tablet, that's a bonus that'll help you cope with the course's intensity more easily.

Is the course enough to find an industry job afterwards?
Your learning doesn't stop with this program. We recommend pursuing specialization after the introductory course and further developing your portfolio to find a perfect job for you.

How will I get access?
You'll be granted access to our platform via the e-mail you gave us in your registration form.
How long will the materials be available?
You have lifetime access to the platform and materials.
Is it possible to download your courses?
No. Our lectures and online reviews recordings are available only on our online platform.
Can I watch the course from my tablet or smartphone?
Yes. Most of our students watch lectures this way, but to finish the course successfully and complete your assignments you'll need to access a PC or tablet (e.g. an iPad).
PAYMENT
What payment methods are available?
After registration, you'll be guided to the payment page. Payment can be made from any card in the world via the online payment processing system Stripe. You'll need a valid debit or credit card and email address to complete the payments.
What types of payment do you accept? Can I pay by check?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. We don't accept PayPal, checks or wire transfers for individual account payments.
Do I have to pay for everything upfront?
Payment for the Standard package is a one-time payment, after which you immediately get access to the learning material and platform. Payment for the Premium package must be completed in full before you enroll.
How will I know that the payment went through?
If the transaction is successful, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail.
I tried to purchase a class but my card was declined! What happened?
Sorry for the inconvenience! If your payment was declined, it might have been for a variety of reasons:
- a limit has been exceeded (i.e. you don’t normally spend this much per purchase on the internet)
- this purchase puts you over your credit limit
- the information you entered was incorrect (i.e. card information like the card number, the expiration date or CVC )
- you are attempting to make your purchase from a location outside of the state, province, or country where your card is registered (i.e. you are trying to purchase while away on business or vacation)

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience! If your bank is unable to authorize your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try to arrange an alternate payment method for you.

Is my credit card number safe? Is my information kept private?
Our website uses secure online Visa and Mastercard checkout systems, as well as the Wayforpay secure electronic payment system, which allows you to pay for our services with any Visa and Mastercard cards issued by any domestic and foreign banks. Wayforpay is based on the most modern secure online payment standard: 3-D Secure, which ensures the highest level of safety for your payments on our domain.

3-D Secure Technology is part of the global "Verified by Visa" and MasterCard programs. We also use Mastercard SecureCode, which provides safe and effective methods of payment for goods on the internet.

More than 30 million Visa and Mastercard cardholders all over the world are active users of these security services. Today, 3-D Secure standard is used by more than 100,000 online merchants and more than 20,000 acquiring banks all over the world — and this number is growing very fast.

Nowadays, paying with Visa and MasterCard is highly secure and safe!
What is your refund policy?/ Can I get a refund?
If you request a refund within 14 days after the course begins, we guarantee you a 100% refund.

Our refund rules can be found in the section "Terms of Use" (link is here).
Please check your order carefully before the final payment. If you have a technical problem with the order, we'll do our best to solve it as quickly as possible.
If something unexpected comes up during my course and I'm unable to finish it, can I get a refund?
Our refund rules can be found under the section "Terms of Use" (https://artcraft.education/terms-of-use).

If you can't complete the course due to personal reasons:
- you can still access the recorded lectures and online material. These will remain yours to access forever (but you won't get the support of your mentor or feedback on your homework)
- you can choose to defer your studies to a later date as long as that date is within one calendar year. Students who wish to reschedule their studies should contact the support team at [email protected] or via live chat at http://artcraft.education, and state their reason for rescheduling.
Can I buy the course as a gift for someone else?
Sure! To do this, give us the contact details of the person you'll give the course to when confirming your details.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Where can I get Photoshop?
After registration, you'll be guided to the payment page. Payment can be made from any card in the world via the online payment processing system Stripe. You'll need a valid debit or credit card and email address to complete the payments.
Where can I get Procreate?
Which tablet should I use?
We prefer the brand Wacom, but there are other manufacturers too (Huion, XP-Pen, Gaomon, etc.). They differ mainly in size and materials - we advise you to visit their showrooms and choose the one most suitable for you.
What are the PC requirements for this course?
The most important component in creating digital 2D illustrations is the amount of RAM you have on your device — the more of it you have, the better! To work comfortably on standard a 1920 × 1080 canvas, you'll need at least 8GB of RAM. Some bigger projects require more RAM and competent layer management, so for optimal results we recommend you work on a device with 16GB RAM.
